Duplicate a Payment Gateway?

I have a request from a client for me to add a credit card processing fee to one event only. Is there a way to duplicate the payment gateway so that I can add the fee there? I would just choose that gateway for that specific event.

Maybe it is easier to do with a formula field? 

Any suggestions?

For your case, what payment method you are using (which need credit card payment processing fee applied) ? Let me know so that I can think about it and recommend the best option

I would just want to duplicate the authorize.net SIM plugin that we added. It's showing as os_authnetsim on my site.
