Registration statuses

Hello,
I would like to have a real description about the diffrences between payment statuses.
DEPOSIT PAID and PARTIAL PAYMENT.

I have to registered old registrants form an old website.
I've registered all my registrants with offline payment and set the status to DEPOSIT PAID but customers are not able to pay the due.
Should I set all statuses to PARTIAL PAYMENT or DEPOSIT PAID.

And especially I really need to know the difference to explain my customer how to register some registrants by phone for example.

Hello

- PARTIAL PAYMENT is the status when someone uses deposit payment for the registration.
- DEPOSIT PAID is the status when someone both:

+ Use deposit payment during registration and choose offline payment method for the registration
+ They paid for the deposit amount

In your case, I think you just need to set it to Partial Payment
