Limit visibility to event to a single Joomla user group

My organisation has many registered members, who are working in different groups, (such as a choir, a discussion group, a sports group, etc...) This is easily set up in Joomla. Registered users can be simultaneous members of different groups.
In Event Booking, I would like to create events for the members of one group, but not make it visible to the other groups. This will unclutter the visibility of the regular users.
For the administrators, a full visibility is needed, as they need a full overview of all events, to avoid creating overlapping events of different groups.
I searched the forum, end the documentation, but did not find a solution.
Is this possible?

In short, you can control the visibility of events via Access setting of the event (same as Access field in Joomla articles to control who can see that article)
