Hi Tuan

I am trying to upgrade EB from V3.17.6 to V4.1.2 and getting an error message

"Row size too large. The maximum row size for the used table type, not counting BLOBs, is 8126. This includes storage overhead, check the manual. You have to change some columns to TEXT or BLOBs
Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: com_eventbooking.zip"

The site is on Joomla 3.10.9
Can you help me resolve this?

Hi Alison

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. If it is possible, please give me access to your site database via PHPMYADMIN. I will check and find a solution for this problem
