Custom Field not Exporting

Hi Tuan,

I have an event with multiple ticket types.  It is a football tournament for one day but multiple age categories.  No issue with setting this up on EB.

However one football manager can enter more than one team at same age category e.g. Brian selects two U-14 Boys tickets.

Brian, as manager, then has to provide team names for each of the teams e.g. Reds FC and Greens FC.

I have setup a custom field to capture team name and set this up to show in Export but it is not showing on export.  If I set it to show in backend then it is blank.  If I go into the record it is populated.

My only question is how do I get the team name to export?
