Hi Tuan,
Could you please inform me if it's possible for an end-user to update his registration. For example, a member registers for an event and decides to modify something in his registration. Is there any way he can achieve this without cancelling his registration and starting over again ? If this is possible, could you please inform me how to do this ?
Thanks a lot for your help

Hi Tuan,
I have partially answered my question.
I had an override page in which the save button was removed. For the moment I removed the override and can edit my registration.
This being said, I have another question on the same topic. Let's say I use the group registration for 2 people. After the registration, I decide I want to add a third person. Is the registrant able to modify his registration to add this third person ?
Thanks a lot.

No, it is not possible for registration to do that because if we allow registrant to add more members to registration, we would have to:
1. Allow them to make payment for the new member
2. Check and make sure there is still capacity available to add new member...
This is complicated, so we do not have support for it at the moment

Hi Tuan,
Thanks for your reply. Highly appreciated.
I do agree it would be a rather complex feature if you want to manage the payment feature. This being said, in some situations your current implementation already affects the price. Many of my events have custom fields that changes the price. So if registrants edit their registration and select other options with the custom fields, the price might be higher or lower. All my events are with offline payment systems so it's not a big issue for me. Maybe the option to add a new member could be offered only for events that have offline payments only ?
Indeed the capacity of the event as well as the capacity of the group should be checked for this to work. I believe this is the easier part of both issues raised.
Best regards !

I was coming here looking for this as well. Would like to have at least them being able to cancel maybe one registrant etc... mostly in in person cash or offline registrations. We are using this for events where they would register and hold their spot, pay in person.
