Custom fields in Sponsors tab for sponsorship levels, donations, etc.

We are using the component for surf contests like here:
pacificbeachsurfclub.com/club-events/sur...er-longboard-classic

It would be great if the Sponsors tab for an event could also include a couple extra fields:

1. Sponsorship Level - We have different levels for our events depending on what each sponsor donates to the event, i.e. Gold, Silver, Bronze, Associate, etc.
2. Prizes Donated - Our participants would love to see what has been donated for prizes. In addition to goodie bags for the participants we also hold a raffle which includes many more prizes.

I looked for a way to use custom fields for this but couldn't find any solution. Is there some other way?

I would also like to split my sponsors between:
1. Headline sponsor
2. Co-Sponsors etc.

Any decision on this?
