In some cases it may happen that the individual registration is accompanied by another member.

Is it possible that the user who registers can also add another user also registered on the site with a custom list type field that would allow to search for all joomla users registered on the site?
Thus the registration will also be validated for the 2nd member and will not be able to register in duplicate.

No, it is not possible. However, maybe in this case, that user can perform a registration record for in this case:

1. A registration form himself

2. A registration for the other user

He can then enter his email for both users and if I remember correctly, the system does validate email of group members for duplicate registration. Maybe it will solve the issue?
