Mail sent 2 days before event, although after is set

Mail sent 2 days before event, although after is set was created by lomar
Dear JoomDonation,

we did set the 2nd reminder mail 2 days after an event, but it was sent 2 days before the event.
Why did this happen? Is this a known bug? Or how can we prevent this in future events?

Hi Diana

It should not be sent 2 days before events like that. How do you know that it is sent before events, not after event?

Because our clients all got the "thank-you"-message before the event even started. We got a few mails from irritated clients ...

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Tell me ID of the registration records which received reminder than expected

I will check data from database to see if it happened like that or not and find a solution
