copying the event

Hi,
I copied an event, which we do monthly. This month nobody is registered for this event.Nobody should receive an reminder, because nobody is registered for this event. The registrants fo the last month get the reminder.
I understand, if I copy an event, the registrant will be copied also.
Questions: How can I copy an event without the registrants.

No, it is not right. Copying event won't copy it's registrants. Only event itself will be copied
