Problems with uploading attachments.

I'm having trouble uploading attachments. When I want to upload a .zip, file an error message is displayed "File could not be uploaded for safety reasons". Can you tell me why is that so? Help me

Where do you upload the files? Usually, when a zip file uploaded, if that zip file contains executable script like php file, Joomla will prevent uploading and throws that error

So the main question here is where do you upload and what's contained in the zip file?
