Membership Pro association was created by Mark
We are using Events Booking and Membership Pro.
We have "open" registration for a new Event and some Members are registering without logging into their accounts.
If we do it this way, their certificates will not be listed in their Member Profile section?
If so, is there a way to "force" members to login if their email is the same as a Membership or auto-associate the registration with their account?

Hello Mark
Unfortunately, this is not supported. The solution would be developing a plugin for Events Booking to associate the registration record to use account base on his email in this case. This will however, cost you 20$ for the development

Tuan

How would it work? If their email is associated with an active account it will redirect them to login?
If no account or a non-active account, they will just see the registration page?
Thanks,
Mark

Hello Mark
It will still work as how it is at the moment. The only difference is that when registration complete, if that registration is not associated with an account, the system will try to check to see if there is an account uses the email which he entered for registration. If Yes, that registration will be associated to that account.
If no account found with that email address, nothing happens

That makes sense and is a great way to handle it. It would be a great benefit to some users. Unfortunately, the client said it was okay to keep how it is.

That's OK, Mark. (I even happy to hear that it is OK to keep it as how it is)
