Emails are not sending for some events

Emails are not sending for some events was created by LeAnn Ely
I have three events set up on my site. One of them is sending emails properly, but registrations from the other two are not. The attendee registers, pays through PayPal, and they receive an email from PayPal noting a successful transaction. There is no record in the Registrants list, however I can see the registration data in the MYSQL table. No email is sent to the registrant or to the admin from Events Booking.

Why would this only be working on one form but not the other two? What could I be doing wrong?

Hello

It could be because PayPal could not notify Events Booking for the payment for some reasons. Normally, when payment is made, status of registration record should be Paid and registrants should be displayed in Events Booking Registrants Management screen

To solve this issue, we will need to ask you to check PayPal IPN. Could you please submit a support ticket so that we can guide you for the next step?
