Registration for several persons

Hello,
I created an event where customers can register for one or several persons.
The first page displays two buttons, one for single regsitration and one for groups. Single registration works fine but group does not. Only the description is displayed and three titles (Number members, Regsitran details and billing data) in boxes but no detail.
I guess I missed one setting but I could not figure which one. I checked that everywhere "single and groups" is selected.
I an previous event I used single and groups with no problem and this event does not work now.


Second point: the fist page shows at bottom a tab with the map and another one with the list of registred persons. How to hide this list?
