PayPal Smart Buttons - Can we use them in Event Booking?

Sorry to ask another question on this. but I want to check before I install the plugin.
I followed the instructions on your previous response.
There are a number of options when you apply for a Client Id and Client Secret.
WEBHOOKS - Do I need to create this???
LIVE RETURN URL - Is their a specific Url you need to specify ie Event Booking Url or just our home page?
APP  FEATURE OPTIONS. Some options are ticked bey default. However there another 3 which are not
1) PayPal HereProcess swiped/card-present card transactions.
2) Log in with PayPalIdentity service that enables your customers to log in with their PayPal account.
3) Transaction SearchAccess your PayPal transaction history.
I assume you set no2 as people can use their PayPal account if they have one, but what about the 1 and 3?
