Hi there - when trying to export registrants, we received the "This page isn't working" with the HTTP Error 500. Contacted our hosting provider who pulled the error log and said that "there was an error between the libraries folder and the template folder". Please advise.
For this, we will need to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
