Waiting list button not showing

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem as described in another post 5 years ago,  Waiting list button not showing - Joom Donation - Joomla Extensions by Joomdonation
The waiting list button is not shown after I created a dummy event with capacity 2 + 2 dummy users, Configuration option waiting ist is turned on).
I tried to use the solution suggested in the thread above, but this didn´t change anything (well the thread is 5 yrs old so the file default.php probably won´t work anyway...).

Anything else I can try do do in order to make the waining list button appear?

Hello Arnd

The button should be shown, unless there is something wrong with the setup. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to that event. We will check and configure it properly for you

thanks a lot for your kind offer.
Although I have changed absolutely nothing, for some magic reason the waiting list button appears now. Maybe this was some caching issue (although I had deleted the joomla cache).

Yes, I think it was caching issue, too. Sometime, output not only being cached by Joomla but also being cached by server (when you use services such as Sucuri, Cloudfare...), so it might take sometime for cache to be cleared
