Fixed Coupon Discount with ticket type / Group bookings

I'm using ticket type with EB and wish to apply a discount of €10 to the total amount.
So even if 1 or 10 tickets are purchased the discount amount in the coupon is fixed at €10.
Currently the discount is applied per ticket so 10 tickets discounts €100
Is this currently possible?

Have you tried setting the "Members Discount Apply For" to "Each Registration" on the event? I haven't used it yet; but it sounds promising.

I have that setting turned on in Configuration > Backend Submit Event Form but cant see anywhere to put in the setting. Is it in the Event itself or where can it be adjusted?

Yes. On the event Basic Info tab. -> Misc. section on the right. (EB version 4.0.2)

Hello

When you create the coupon, there is a setting called Apply To. Set it to Each Registration (instead of Each Member) and it should work as you want

@Nicholas Flint : That setting will only be applied for members discount (discount applied for registrants from certain user groups)

Maybe you are using shopping cart? Ticket Types won't work properly for shopping cart.

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Activate Shopping Cart config option to No, then try again. If you still don't see that setting, maybe there was some customization on your site before. In this case, submit a support ticket so that I can check it directly on your site
