Upcoming Events Module on sidebar linking issue. was created by Matt Bechtold
I've got a module on my homepage showing upcoming events, which are also visible on the Live Events page using the component.
You can see them here: libertyhall.stpcreative.com (module is on the left column below the main featured block).
It seems if you disable the Details Page for the component, it breaks the links in the sidebar module also, because they point to a page that's not being generated by the component. I want the upcoming event module items to point to their Custom Registration Handle URLs in a new window.
I've looked at the PHP in the module for those strings, but I'm not finding them, and I'd definitely rather get the solution directly from you.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

The code is in the file modules/mod_eb_events/tmpl/default.php, around line 29 to 43 (to calculate the $url)
If you have External Registration Handle URL and the event is open for registration, it should be linked to that URL already. Maybe you can take a look at it to see why it is not working and in case you cannot figure out, please just submit a support ticket so that we can help
Regards,
Tuan

I'm not seeing a link to create a ticket... can you provide a link? Thanks!
Matt
