Since covid is slowly coming to an end events are now being offered in a face to face and online format.
It is essential users can book the format they want.
I can see the use of Ticket Type being very useful but I would like to suggest some modifications if possible
1. Make the ticket type filterable and ordered in the backend so that online registrants can be easily separated from face to face registrants
2. Make ticket type optionally conditional e.g they can only book one ticket type.
3. Have a custom message that can be sent to e.g the online ticket type registrant

If you have any other ideas about how to offer a hybrid event with 2 capacities please let me know.

Hello

1. I don't really understand this request. Could you please explain more details?

2. We do not support this for now. But something we can try to support for in the future (could be near future , might be next release)

3. So different email messages depend on the ticket type selected for registration?

Tuan

Thanks for the reply Tuan
1. if a registrant books a ticket then in the backend registrant list the Ticket type is shown but there is no method of filtering this in the backend list.
Imagine a event with 2 ticket types "online via zoom" and "face to face" if 500 people book the "online via zoom" ticket and 25 book the face to face it would be good to filter out the face to face registrants.
2.OK
3. Yes, again in the scenario described if some users have booked an "online via zoom" ticket a custom message to send those ticket types the zoom link would be great! The face to face ticket types dont need the zoom link so the standard message could apply to them.
