Hello,

I recently sent a mass email to all registrants where I offered the possibility to cancel the registration or to download a ticket again.
In the mail, standard tags were used, [DOWNLOAD_TICKET_LINK] and [CANCEL_REGISTRATION_LINK].
None of the registrants have a Joomla account.
When clicking on either link, the Joomla login screen is shown. This is not the expected behaviour.
The download link has the form  balfolkamsterdam.nl/index.php?option=com...xxxxxxxxx&Itemid=239 .
And the cancel url is similar.

I noticed that Itemid refers to the registrant number. Unfortunately, it is the wrong number. Setting Itemid to the correct registration number, or removing Itemid from the url, the ticket is downloaded without the need to log in.

How do I get a working download / cancellation link in the email, without the need to log in?

I noticed also, that a similar (not working) link is generated with automatic mails/confirmation message in which I included a cancel option, f.i. Waiting list confirmation.

That could cause by something different (like there is no public menu item could be detected)

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it?
