Buy Multiple Tickets was created by John
Hi,
Is there a setting to allow the individual to purchase more than one ticket?
Thanks,
John

Hi John
The term ticket is ambiguous. Users should be able to purchase multiple tickets, unless there is something which prevent them from doing that in the setup.
Could you please send me link to the page which we can register for your events so that I can understand your setup and guide you with the correct setting
I think you can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Prevent Duplicate Registration config option to No and the issue could be sorted

I have the same question. I see how it works, but I want to be able that 1 person can buy 10 tickets on 1 name. In my event they are buying lotery tickets. So one registration can buy more than 1 ticket, so I don't want to fill in 10 names when I buy 10 tickets.
Is there a solution for that?

Hello
Are you using Ticket Types plugin to allow users to buy multiple tickets? If so, edit the event, look at Ticket Types tab, set Collect Members Information parameter to No and it should work as you want
Regards,
Tuan
