Not able to update "Unknown Event Booking update status"

Hello,
today I have a problem with a captcha for an events booking registration form. That's why I first updated Joomla and extensions on the website, what I wanted to do with Events Booking too. But EB only shows me "Unknown Event Booking update status" under Overview for updates. The Download-ID is from 04-16-2020 17:54:33 and so I bought a new Events Booking, created a new Download-ID and put it on the website. But nothing has changed. What did I misunderstand?

Installer - Events Booking is active
Events Booking is version 3.14.0
Joomla!-Version 3.10.6

Could cause by something special on your site. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it?
