Stripe query

Hi Tuan

We are getting a lot of people having their payments declined in Event Booking using EB Stripe and the banks are saying
our website is not complying with some new regulations and this caused the card to be blocked.

I think perhaps we need to upgrade to EB Stripe Checkout
Can I confirm that if I do this, and enable the plugin on EB and add the API that I do not need to do anything else to connect it to Stripe?  And do we use the same API keys as we are using in EB Stripe plugin?

Yes. You need to switch to use Stripe Checkout. Configuration is easy, see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...eckout#configuration

I am now trying to install Stripe Checkout into Membership Pro
I unzip and select the file  

And then click 'Install'

 

And it says Plugin installed, but the plugin is not listed

 

Can you help?
