Bug having updated to 4.0.2 when trying to make payment was created by David Boggitt
Hi there,
I've had Events Booking installed on a website for some time and it's been working well.
This morning I updated to 4.0,2 and (maybe unrelated) there is an error when someone tries to check out.
They get an error message after the credit card payment and so the booking doesn’t go through. I've attached a screenshot.
Joomla and all extensions are latest.
Do you know what might be happening here?
