From what I see, your site template is built base on twitter bootstrap 4. So please go to Events Booking -> Configuration:

- Load Bootstrap CSS In The Front-end to No
- Template Frontend Framework to Twitter Bootstrap 4

Then clear cache (site and browser cache), and check it again. It should be displayed properly

That was the existing set up, Tuan. 

It is not a big deal

I will fix it by css

body.view-register div.input-group { flex-wrap: nowrap;} work
