Deposit feature does not have value when selected was created by LAC Webadmin
Hi Tuan,
I'm playing with deposit feature and I set it to 50%, then I went to select the payment type as Deposit payment, the deposit field appears but it says 0.00, shouldn't it auto calculate 50% from the Total?
Also, FYI, in the backend the deposit field is too narrow that it's so hard to see what's the value entered. I think you need to fix the CSS class for all fields in J4.
Thanks,
Jackson

Hmm
Could not re-procedure the issue here in my local computer. So could be something special on your site. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and link to registration form so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it sorted?

Hi Tuan,
My dev server is behind a firewall so I cannot let you login to it for now.

Please see the video capture above.
Anyhow, the event I'm talking about is set to Both Individual and Group Registration, I also enabled group pricing, I set the Deposit Amount to 50%. When I selected the Deposit Payment type, it should auto calculate the amount and set it to $5 but it is not as you can see in the video capture. I tried to click another field or hit tab from the other field. Although, when I go through the payment it does calculate from there.
I am running this in J4.
Update: I turned off Activate Shopping Cart, then I tried again, now it does auto calculate. Guess it's the shopping cart mode that has an issue.
Thanks,
Jackson
