QRCODE Scanner popup problem was created by Holger Schuker
Hello, I have a problem with your QRCODE scanner. When I scan the barcode with my cell phone in portrait format, a popup appears with a message. Unfortunately, I have the problem that the popup is either not displayed at all or only the bottom part where you can still read a word. Where can adjust this to make the popup appear at the front?

That's strange. Can you submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site, link to the scanner page and a ticket which we can scan to see this issue?
I will have to check to see why the message is not being displayed and get it sorted

If i use the built-in scanner, the tickets get scanned, but there appears not any message on the screen. When i look in the backend however, the ticket is checked...
I use joomla 4.1.0 and Yootheme template + the most recent version of Event Booking.
What could be the reason?
If i check by other qr scanner, the variabel fields like [event_date] etc. are displayed instead of 9 march 2022.

Hello Mark
There could be some css conflict causing the message not being displayed. Please submit a support ticket sending us:
1. Super admin account
2. Link to the scanner page
3. Give us a sample ticket which we can scan to see this error
We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
Regards,
Tuan

Just want to update that this issue happens because wrong tag was used to generate QRCODE. We should use [TICKET_QRCODE] tag instead of [QRCODE] tag
