Hello,
Is it possible to define custom fields at Event Level.
I would like to be able to reuse these custom entries, in ticket and certificate level.

When you create custom field, you can assign it to the events you want. That's how it should work. Is it not working like that on your site?

To clarify, I do not want this custom filed to be entered in the registrant panel,
but define globally on the event definition like some specific details or options, and to be reused in the document we generate.

To more clear:
1. You can add custom fields for each event
2. Then on email messages, invoices,... you can insert value of the custom field using syntax [NAME_OF_FIELD_IN_UPPERCASE] . For example, [FIELD_SPEAKER], [FIELD_HOURS], assume name of the field you added is field_speaker, field_hours...
