Offline Payment Reminder button

There used to be a button in the Event Booking registrants list toolbar to send the Offline Payment Reminder message to selected registrants.  I think the button was called 'request payment'
I haven't seen that button for some months, did it get removed?

Hi Alison

That button will send an email to registrants to ask them to complete payment for the registration

I will have to check it again, but as of right now, it is only be available if you enable Waiting List feature on your site. I think you are not seeing it now because waiting list is disabled

Offline Payment Reminder message is not being sent by that button. It is being sent by Events Booking - Offline Payment Handle plugin

It is back now, thanks for the information.

We do not use the Offline Payment Handle plugin because we allow our Members to pay after the event and this only works if we want payment before the event. It would be useful if it did work for payments after too
