events which could be booked in a given period - how to

Hi,
I offer some one week trips which however could be booked between 15.3 til 15.10 - the solution with date 2099-12-31 and changing the text accordingly works somewhat, but in the listing they appear at the end which of course is not good. If I choose starting date 15.3 / end date 15.10 the event could no longer be booked after the start date :- ( .
Is there another solution for this problem?

You can use Cut Off Date to handle that. Set Cut Off Date of the event to 15.10 and the system will allow users to register for the event until that date
