Error - View registrants / Add users

Good Day,
     When we click the "View List" URL for the list of registered users, I get the following error. I have checked all permissions and can't find the problem. Also, when I try to add users manually from the front end, I get the second error. Can you please help? Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve

Look like there is something special on your site causing this error. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- Link to the page which I can click on View List link to see this error

I will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Hello Steve
I have the same issue#2 than you (i am using gantry 5 for my template) and i get an error 404. for potential same reasons .
i have just submited a ticket to Tuan.
Let me know if you find a solution, y will keep you informed on my side

Issue#2 Solved today by downloading of an update of application issued by Tuan

Both the issues should be sorted with latest package on server. So if anyone is having this issues, please access to My Downloads menu item to download latest package, upgrade it to your site and the error should be gone
