No registrants showing

I setup a site for a client a few years ago, and he has been running his own site. He asked me for some help last week, and while looking around, I notice there are no registrants, in the registrant list. There are over 1,500 registrants in his database under _eb_registrants, but they are not showing on the backed of his site.
Any idea where I should start looking?

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, check and make sure at least one of the two config options below set to Yes and it will be displayed (of course you should update your site to latest version of the extension)

- Include Group Billing Records In Registrants Management
- Include Group Members Records In Registrants Management
