Auto Registration was created by Alison
Hi Tuan
When I raise an event with auto registration for all child events and someone registers, it puts the parent event only into the shopping cart.
They then checkout paying for the parent event and in the backend it shows the registrations for the parent event and two child events.
The parent event shows as 'Amount' 20.00 and the two child events show as 'Amount' 0.00. (even thought they are set up as £20.00)
It then raises 3 invoices all for £20.00 and sends them to the registrants email (and stores them in the backend).
I have it set up to send notification emails for all registrations.
So it is not quite working for me.
However, this is how it would work in a brilliant world
I set up auto registration, and when the user selects the parent event it adds all of the events to the shopping cart, thus charging for each individual event but raising one invoice and sending one confirmation email.
I would also like for someone to then book on a later date (not the parent event) and be automatically registered for the following events too (but I would probably need to add the event ID for that to happen?)
I am not sure if that makes sense?

Sorry Alison. It is not how the plugin is designed to work, so it won't work as you want. Basically, when someone register for the main event, it will be registered automatically to all the configured auto register events.
If you want it to work like you described (for shopping cart), some customization to the code will be needed and it will cost you 30$
Regards,
Tuan

OK, thanks Tuan, I am sure we can pay that, I will let you know when it has been sent.
Would the development include both parts?
1. adding every event to the cart / invoice
2. being able to book onto child events and following events (or is this possible?)

Hello Alison
The quotation is for #1 only (auto add every events to the cart). For #2, it is not very clear to me. How you want it to work?
