Terms and Condition (not loading properly)

Hello - can you please help us with this....?

We have the configuration set for displaying our class Cancellation Policy however, when a customer clicks on the link the website reloads in a separate screen to the home page and does not display the Cancellation Policy Article. We are using the KILIX Template.

Usually, the issue could be sorted by creating a hidden menu item to link to the article. Could you please try that to see if it works? If not, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page which we can see this issue so that we can check it further
