Synchronize data with Joomla User Profile by Group registration

I have a problem with the registration in Joomla via the group registration button of eb. There is no field for the username and password displayed. so the group registration failes.
When registering using the individual registration button, the fields are visible and registration is possible and works fine. Is the joomla registration not compatible with the eb group registration?

The username and password field should be visible in Billing Information step on group registration. If it is not working like that on your site, maybe there is something wrong with the setting. Please send us link to that group registration page so that we can check and guide you further
