Hi Tuan
I think I may have stumbled across an issue with the assign to child events button.
By mistake this was selected as yes for an event with no child events - that resulted in some kind of loop and when a registration was submitted for that event it would not complete on the front end (the page just hung), but on the backend it created over 30k registrations !! The only way to stop it was to delete the event.
No further action required for me, and I know this is not something that would normally happen, but I thought I would mention it so you could perhaps test it at your end and fix it so it cannot happen if an admin accidently selects this button without a child event.
