MASS MAIL ERROR 403

Hello,
If I use MASS MAIL to send a short email to myself it works OK. If the message is about a page of text it gives "error 403 you have no access to this resource". Is there a configuration option for maximum number of characters in mass mail?

No, this is not limited by the extension. I think there is something on server (could be mod_security) blocks the request and causes 403 error. For this, you need to contact your hosting provider, ask them to check to see why it happens and get it sorted

Thanks Tuan,
I did some more testing and the error does not occur from back end Event Booking - Registrants. From the Front end Manage Registrants - MASS MAIL the error occurs 403 Forbidden. Why should the back end module work and the front end module fail?

Honestly, I don't know. As I said, the 403 error does not comes from the code in the extension, so it comes from something on your server

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them about it. I'm sure they will easily figure out the reason and get it sorted for you
