The ticket types are not displayed in the invoice. I have created an event with three ticket types (for adults, children and retirees). I added the tag [TICKET_TYPES] in the invoice form. If, for example, a person buys two tickets for adults and one ticket for a child for the event, only the total number of tickets (namely three) will appear on the invoice. The ticket types, on the other hand, do not appear on the invoice. What am I doing wrong? Thanks and regards Christine

Hello Christine

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and tell us ID of the registration record which we can download invoice and see this issue. We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
