Can´t register User manually was created by Matthias Aßmann
Hello,
I would like to register users to an event myself.
According to the documentation, this can be done via the menu Participants and then New.
But before that you have to select the event.
But I do not get any empty events displayed on this page! I only see events with participants, what do I have to do?
