Set up Frontend export registrants was created by Alison

Hi Tuan

I am trying to set it up so that a particular user group has access to export registrants from the front end on an event page
I have it set up on one website (screenshot) so I know it is possible, but I cannot get it to work on my other site.

This is the permission setting for the user group

Where am I going wrong

Sorry, the first screenshot was from another website.
The website I am working on looks like this when logged in with that user group (i.e. no export registrants button showing)

Hello Alison

I think it happens because you have :

- Only Show Registrants Of Events Owner config option set to Yes
- And that user is not the event owner

When you have the config option set to Yes, the system only allow users to export registrants of his own event. If he is not the event owner, he won't be allowed to export registrants (to avoid he export registrants of other events)

Could you please check to see if that's the case?

Strange to me. For this, you can submit a support ticket sending me:

- Super admin account
- That manager account
- Link to the event

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

In case anyone else has this issue (or if I need to refer back to it), the solution given to me by ticket was

Please enalble config "Show Actions (Edit, Publish, Export) buttons" and it will work as you want.

And that worked (easy when you know how)

Ah, Yes. The config option is set to Yes by default. Guess you turned it off by mistake. Thanks for sharing the solution back to forum
