Reminder at start of event?

Hi,

I have a need to send out a reminder email (kind of) right at the start of event saying "Even just started now - please join!".

Not sure whether I can configure this by setting the reminder to "0h before Event started". Guess this rather deactivates this reminder, isn't it?

Any other options possible?

Unfortunately, 0 mean disable reminder. So there is no option to send reminder exactly at the time event started
