Payment reminder after event is over?

Now our event is over, but still some have not paid. Can the payment reminders be set up to send reminders now? I'm not sure if there have been payment reminders for this event, I think not. But now I need it. Can this be done?

What's payment reminder you are talking about? Could you please explain more details?

For this, I think better using Mass Mail to send emails to those registrants and ask them to complete payment

I use, stripe, paypal and offline payments. Some of the offline payments are missing. They have different amounts to pay. So it's not so easy to send email manually, but I can. Fir next time: There is a reminder for the offline payments isn't it?

Yes. The extension has plugin Events Booking - Offline Payment Handle to allow sending email to remind users to complete payment for offline payment registration

However, it can only send reminder X days before event date, not after event date. So this could not be used to handle this task
