Why does the heading "Billing Information" appear for a free event?

I've configured a free event. The registration form displays "Billing Information" at the top of the form. Where does that text come from? I DO want to collect registrant information but it is not "billing" information. It is first name, last name, address, email, phone, I'd expect the heading of the form to say "Registrant Information". Is there some way to make that happen?

Do I understand that you want to change the heading from Billing Information to Registrant Information? If so, you just need to go to Events Booking -> Translation, find the text and change it to meet your need
