Registering after the event has ended

Hi Tuan,

Two questions:

Firstly, when I look at the list of registrants, only the registrants are shown for events in the future. I do not seem to be able to adapt this via the filtering method. Am I overlooking something? As we report to partners on the #registrants, % of attendees etc this would be a lot easier to do this from this overview instead of going through the events overview and downloading a list of registrants per event.

Secondly, we sometimes have people who show up at an event but forgot to subscribe. In that case we write down the names and later add them to the platform (in case they have no smartphone with them). Adding registrants AFTER the event has passed is unfortunately not possible. Currently we always have to extend the event period to make sure we subscribe the attendees. Is there an easier way then always having to adapt the event until date?

Hello Joris

I can only guess that these problems happens because you have past events removed from events filter dropdown?

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Hide Past Events From Events Dropdown config option to No and it should address the issues
