Edit Registrant buttons not working

When accessing a group's registrant's "Edit Registrant" page, changes won't save. Close, Cancel Registration and Save does nothing. I am using SPPagebuilder so it is possible there is a conflict. Have you had any report of this? I can give you access to the user's page to see how it is behaving if you'd like.

Yes. It is very likely there is some conflict with your site template causing the error

Especially for template built on Helix framework. I'm unsure for Joomla 3 but for Joomla 4, there are bugs in frontend toolbar buttons which they haven't fixed it

Anyway, please submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site and tell us what we need to do to see the error. We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
