[LAST_NAME] not showing in Event Certificate

Hi There,

Just wondering if anyone has come across this as an issue. I have created an event certificate for a forthcoming event listed in Events Booking. I have included the categories for [FIRST_NAME] and [LAST_NAME] but the Last name doesn't show up in the created certificate.

I have tested in a previous / similar event from last year, duplicating the Certificate (table) and both first and last names do show up. 

I have changed the shopping aspect of the Events Booking System since the event last year, so that it now works as a Shopping Cart. I have noticed that since this change a lot more of the registrants are showing up as Group Members, even if signing up as an individual. 

Could this possibly be having an impact on the [LAST_NAME] not showing up in the produced Event Certificate? 

Any thoughts, comments, similar instances or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

[LAST_NAME] tag should be supported everywhere. So without checking it directly on your site, it's hard for me to know what's wrong

So please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us what we need to do to see that error. I will check to see why the issue happens and guide you to correct it
