Data is lost when I export registrants

We have an event this friday. In the online form the participants choose from different ticket types and also choose if and how they will attend the dinner. When I export the data to excel I don’t get the details out.  I get the name and what they have paid, but not what they have selected.The fields are there in excel, but are empty.  All the data is within evetsbooking and I can find it by selecting each participants. But that is a lot of work. Can you help.
