Group registration: specific numbers of registrants only (not from... to...)

Hi Tuan,
Is it possible to configure the system in a way that it allows only specific number of registrants for group registrations?
E.g. for a group registration only 2 or 4 registrants should be allowed. But not 3.

I am wondering if this is possible.
