Hello,
On the event submission form on the backend (Joomla 4), the checkbox is not quite right. Hard to explain. Will not allow to be visibly checked (but does work).

Hello

Need to add one css class to the checkbox. I just added it. Could you please download latest package from My Downloads section, upgrade it to your site, then check it again to see if it solves the issue?

That worked! Thank you.
There also appears to be more issues in that area: notably the width of the label.

That look strange to me. Maybe you can help submitting a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site and link to the page

I will take a look at it to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you
